I can't think of someone younger than that saying something out loud.

i feel like this is what people who want to express they are NOT racist say. they don't understand that it's the epitome of a racist comment.

it's also something my sisters and I had to keep telling my mother NOT TO SAY back when we were in college in the 90s.
