Being a soap villain gets some people riled up, but is an important role in soaps. Although I will say it is equally important writers and actors to make soap heroes interesting, which also has its difficulties.
First love teen storylines can have starry eyed characters manipulated or played by an unsavory love interest. An adult with two children who has had the life experiences we have seen Willow have on screen just comes off looking pathetic and easily manipulated.
