He wasn't just rubber-stamped, but he was the only logical choice in the opinion of most of my colleagues. Not that my opinion was sought out LOL.

Wonderful, wonderful guy :) Plus a fantastic leader and strategic thinker. He's been here over 36 years and has worked in a variety of leadership capacities.

I love leaders like him who are just so easy to work with, and who are so approachable.
