A while back, I asked about the price of eggs on the PB, and it wasn't until someone pointed out it wasn't inherently a political topic than I thought I maybe COULD have posted it here?
But same thing -- when I posted about buying a new car, it was incredibly tied up in the tariffs and I just decided to hell with it -- I'm going to post it here. It's a car.
I'll also own that I've had some pretty nasty experiences on SZ at this point in my life and it's changed how much I'm willing to share here. For instance, a ton of stuff is happening with my BFF and I have thought about posting some of it here to get thoughts, but I don't really trust that someone won't be awful if something I say hits the wrong person the wrong way. Way back in the day, people would be banned or suspended for getting too wild on here, but that doesn't happen anymore and while I mostly think the place does ok, it does mean that things sometimes happen that I just don't have the emotional bandwidth for right now.
