part of me wants to do what Wahoo suggested and just...stop reading the news, watching the news, READING THE COMMENTS... not because i want to 'bury my head in the sand' because that's kind of the opposite of what i want to do, but it's just not healthy for me.

ON THE OTHER HAND, me sitting down and tuning out seems a little....unpatriotic? like i'm becoming 'part of the problem' or something like that.
