The "C" Britt received on her first note meant Cassius and he's the big bad. I don't think so because why would Jenz be issuing him orders today? The power dynamic seemed clear to me. Jenz is supposed to be this puppet master and Cassius is one of the many puppets that includes:

Willow

I initially thought the "C" was for Cesar but I think it was for Cullum.
