It's absurd. Ric gained all kinds of inside intel that would make this a cut and dried conflict of interests. I guess since the actress who plays Diane is recovering from a wheelchair--this is the best they could come up with for next week's looooooong overdue custody trial. It just pisses me off because they could have brought in a day player.

Q Mansion: Thank you writers for confirming once again that Jason is a bad father. Upon learning that his son was out until 3 am vs in bed. He's all....so what?
