ALL cops are trained in self-defense. This fight was clearly written to have Michael as the victor because he's the anointed one. Love me some Rory but Michael sucks and I pray this story is heading towards Willow doing him great harm! There is no reason not to at this point since it is fully established she is 50 Shades of Cray--the writers can cart her off to Ferncliff--thus absolving her of her crimes.
Easiest thing to do, is to follow Mikey and the kids to the park or heck, show up at the Q mansion to talk privately with Mikey. And then whack his arrogant ass in the head with a fireplace poker and spirt the kids away. I am trying to will this into existence.
