Molly were talking about him, I was really hoping they would be the ones to find him-a good story for all of them. GH couldn't even provide that angle for Elizabeth. Molly and Elizabeth would know that Ric wouldn't just take a tech break or whatever GH called it. Instead, Cody finds him. Cody finding him provides nothing. Whether Ric and Elizabeth were ever together again as a couple or whether they were friends, they have a strong history and should be sharing scenes.
Lucky returns, and even though I am not a Lucky/Elizabeth redo fan, others are. They hardly did anything with Lucky. GH didn't even have him clean up for awhile. Now Lucky is gone despite having a long history with Elizabeth and other cast members.
Jason came by a few times, but they haven't shared scenes. She and Portia had been friends, but they haven't shared much of anything. Terry is long gone. All 3 of her boys are missing in action from GH. Instead, Elizabeth only shows up for some Willow support and for some Lucas consultations. It is beyond frustrating that she doesn't have a story, and she is rarely on GH. For any new GH fans, they probably have no idea what her background is and how popular she was. (Hopefully, there are still enough Elizabeth fans left that realize all of that.) I'm usually optimistic about this, but it doesn't seem as if there is anything (even decent scenes) beyond the horizon.
