They have huge conflict of interest. And neither, especially Dante are even remotely trying to be professional. Dante has discussed the case and given inside information to Sonny. Now he is lecturing Michael? I love Dante and can't stand Michael. But he is completely out of line.

Michael was right when he asked Dante why would he ever listen to him again.
