Regardless of if Ronnie is a con... or is just a simple lady who has wandered into a family full of characters... Erika is still as awesome as ever and I am thankful to get to see her do her thing.

Now... the story. I feel like (though it is not all that logical) that Martin did drug her. His whole goal is to get at Tracy and IMHO he is using Ronnie to do so. He knew everyone would blame Tracy. Ronnie did not know he was going to do it. Also... if the will was indeed changed... I do not think Ronnie was in on it... it was all Martin trying to get at Tracy.
It just doesn't seem like something Martin would do. I don't see him scoring drugs. They made a point of showing us Ronnie's cup unattended so it was definitely someone in the room. Prior to ES's exit--maybe we will get a scene of Ronnie and Martin meeting up and flashbacks of their scheme.
