A thought just occurred to me. Liz and Drew have been intimate. She thought he was "Jason" and tried to keep it a secret. Weren't they engaged? But then she knew he was really Jason's twin Drew? What was her motivation there?
They were engaged when she thought he was Jason. They split when everyone still thought him Jason but they remained friendly even after it came out he was Drew. Plus there was the whole childhood trauma history between Drew and Franco that bonded them all. I think she still considers him a friend in spite of all the crap he has pulled lately.
