And it was a WTF moment for her to refer to him as Ben. She hasn't done that since he was a baby. She has referred to him as Rocco for years. Plot point.
Britt & Liesl stole Lulu's embryos and Liesl implanted them in Britt and used Dante's sperm. She passed the baby off as Patrick's because she was in love with him. He didn't believe her and demanded a paternity desk. Liesl changed the results.
After the baby was born, Brad suggested that Britt write a letter to Lulu and then destroy it but it was found by Cameron, who made an origami heart and gave it to Emmma, but Spencer took it and Liz found it.
