Rumor has it 4 deaths are coming the rest of the year:

The 4th death is not known yet and they're trying to keep that under wraps.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's Drew. Part of me wonders if they would kill off Gio with all the dialog between Tracy and BLQ. But I can't see them killing off BLQ/Dante's son.
