I feel like Liesl is a logical choice. Maybe the testing Dalton has been doing on animals is for some sorta miracle drug for humans. That could be why Britt survived. In my gut--she is Britt because it won't be as impactful if it's a twin. Britt wouldn't be the first person who died onscreen only to return later.
