Diane painted Willow as the sole adulterer and Michael as the dutiful husband. Turns out, Michael not only cheated first but he fathered a child with another woman and lied about it. The judge probably won’t like that. Michael failed to disclose material facts, thus making a misleading impression. It’s a form of fraud or misrepresentation.
I predict her decision to be one of the following:
A. She will decide that joint custody is suitable here.
B. Willow will be awarded sole custody.
And yes, I do think that Willow putting her feelings aside and helping Sasha will be factored in.
