Of who made contact first. The videos I've seen, ice crossed the street to them and started the confrontation, pushing that woman to the ground. Either way, his legal gun was never drawn and he was no threat to anyone at any time. Especially when on the ground on all 4s with 6 officers on top of him, pepper sraying and punching him.
