Aiding and abetting, destroying evidence, something. They will turn on each other. Also, surely there is still a bullet in the man's body that can be recovered. They didn't dig them all out before his body was moved to the morgue. If the government won't turn over the weapons for a comparison, then that is just more evidence of obstruction.
