This confrontation happened in September, as I understand it, but it did not go well for RePOTUS Trump who left mid-speech.

It seems a senior admiral (Holcey) interrupted RePOTUS Trump's speech at Marine Corps University at Quantico, VA. The admiral stood up and said, in a room full of officers, that RePOTUS Trump was a disgrace (as part of his comment during the speech), then sat down.
We'll see what happens next and I think he's been "invited" to speak before Congress as part of the discussion of the war crime/murders in the Caribbean.
Need to check my popcorn supply.
